The Bambu Villa – Nine miles west of Montego Bay sits on this hill top estate of over seven acres is superbly sited to enjoy magnificent views over the Caribbean Sea and along the coast line to Montego Bay. Bambu is set in beautifully landscaped grounds with well manicured lawns bordered by lush tropical flora containing a wide variety of plants including the rare Japanese lantern hibiscus, Giant White Birds of Paradise, agapanthus, West Indian lilies, Giant Crinum lilies and ground planted orchids. There are wild white begonias, three varieties of heliconia, bougainvilleas, rare Bromeliads and Epiphytes with an interesting collection of Palm trees including Fox Tail Palms, Chinese Fan Palms, Lady Palms as well as Royal Palms and Coconut Palms together with white and lavender orchid trees and a bamboo garden. The grounds are well fruited with oranges, limes, guava, avocado, papaya, ackee, honey bananas and three varieties of mango.

(B) Villas are provided on an a-la-carte basis and most incidental personal services are not included in the rates quoted. Not included are food or beverages, transfers, transportation, child care supplies and child-proofing services, sight- seeing tours, activities, baggage handling at airport or at villa, and any other items or services not specifically listed as included.
(C) A typical grocery budget is $85-$95 per adult per day and $45 – $55 per day for preteens. This may vary up or down depending on market prices and menus. If you request shrimp, lobster, imported beef or large quantities of other food items, this estimate will increase. Your Villa manager will work with you before arrival to plan the meals and other requests. Please be prepared to pay for your groceries and to tip your villa staff and driver with cash. They will welcome both US and Jamaican dollars) Roadside vendors of fresh fruits and produce will also require cash.
(D) Recommended staff gratuity at the end of your stay during High Season is 10%, and Low Season is 15% of the rental fee which is divided among the staff members of the Villa House Team.
