Guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies and all food and beverages.
(A) RATES DO NOT INCLUDE: Groceries Gratuities Ground Transportation
(B) Villas are provided on an a-la-carte basis and most incidental personal services are not included in the rates quoted. Not included are food or beverages, transfers, transportation, child care supplies and child-proofing services, sight- seeing tours, activities, baggage handling at airport or at villa, and any other items or services not specifically listed as included.
(C) A typical grocery budget is $85-$95 per adult per day and $45 – $55 per day for preteens. This may vary up or down depending on market prices and menus. If you request shrimp, lobster, imported beef or large quantities of other food items, this estimate will increase. Your Villa manager will work with you before arrival to plan the meals and other requests. Please be prepared to pay for your groceries and to tip your villa staff and driver with cash. They will welcome both US and Jamaican dollars) Roadside vendors of fresh fruits and produce will also require cash.
(D) Recommended staff gratuity at the end of your stay during High Season is 10%, and Low Season is 15% of the rental fee which is divided among the staff members of the Kolibri Villa House Team.
